Recipe: Choc Banana Mousse

Ingredients

270ml coconut cream (Ayam brand is best for 100% natural coconut with no additives, and BPA free can)

2 tbsp Maia Wellness Female Nourish Blend

1 tbsp cacao powder

1.5 tbsp grass-fed beef gelatin

1 tbsp Maia collagen

1 egg

1 ripe banana


1 tbsp ghee or butter

Pinch of unrefined salt

Method

1. In a saucepan on low heat, add the coconut cream, egg, ghee/ or butter, gelatin, collagen, FNB & cacao, and stir until combined. Continue to stir to avoid sticking at the bottom.

2. In a blender, blend the banana with a dash of filtered water.

3. Add the banana and salt to the saucepan with the other ingredients and stir until combined.

4. Allow to cool in the fridge for 1 hour, or until set (the gelatin will cause the mixture to set like a jelly).

5. When you're ready to eat your dessert, add the mixture to a blender and blend for about 30 seconds on high. Mixture should turn into a beautiful mousse texture!

6. Serve with some organic full cream and strawberries 😍
