Ingredients
270ml coconut cream (Ayam brand is best for 100% natural coconut with no additives, and BPA free can)
2 heaped tsp Maia Wellness Female Nourish Blend
1 tbsp cacao powder
1.5 tbsp grass-fed beef gelatin
1 tbsp Maia collagen
1 egg
1 tbsp sweetener (coconut, rapadura, monk fruit)
1 tbsp ghee or butter
Pinch of unrefined salt
Method
1. In a saucepan on low heat, add the coconut cream, egg, ghee/ or butter, gelatin, collagen, FNB, cacao, sweetener, and stir until combined. Continue to stir to avoid sticking at the bottom. For approx 10 mins.
2. Allow to cool in the fridge for 1 hour, or until set (the gelatin will cause the mixture to set like a jelly).
3. When you're ready to eat your dessert, add the mixture to a blender and blend for about 30 seconds on high. Mixture should turn into a beautiful mousse texture!
4. Serve with some pure cream and berries.
