Coconut Vanilla Collagen Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups almond flour

  • ½ cup collagen powder

  • 3 spleen & liver capsules, opened up
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup desiccated coconut

  • ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ¼ cup cashew butter

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

  • Approx. ¼ cup water (added slowly, as needed)

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Mix well.

  2. Add the melted coconut oil, honey and cashew butter. Stir until evenly combined.

  3. Slowly add water, a little at a time (up to approximately ¼ cup), mixing as you go. Add just enough so the mixture holds together and can be rolled into balls without crumbling.

  4. Fold through dried cranberries.

  5. Roll into small balls and coat in extra desiccated coconut.

  6. Place in the fridge for at least 60 minutes to firm.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
