Ingredients:
1-1.5 kg beef chuck
1 kg beef bone marrow bones
mixed herbs (lots)
ground coriander
ground cumin
chili (optional)
Salt, to taste
Water - enough to cover the meat

Place everything into a Dutch oven or oven safe pot, add enough water to fully cover the meat and bones, and cover with a lid. Cook at 150 degrees for 5–6 hours, or in a slow cooker on low for 6–8 hours until tender.
