Ingredients:
1.5 cups organic jasmine rice (soaked)
1/4 - 1/2 cup Collagen powder
2 tbsp Ghee
200ml Pure coconut cream
Mixed spice
Cinnamon
Ground ginger
Toppings:
Organic berries
Butter
Honey or maple syrup
Rice Cooking Method:
Rinse your soaked rice thoroughly under cool water, then add rice to a pot with enough water to cover it. Bring to a simmer, allowing the rice to absorb the water. Once the water is mostly absorbed, add more water in small amounts, stirring occasionally. Continue this process until the rice becomes sticky and thick.
Add in collagen powder and stir until combined, then add in coconut cream, lots of mixed spice, cinnamon (to your liking), ginger and ghee. Stir well.
Serve with a big slab of butter on top ✨ mixed berries, and your choice of sweetener (honey or maple syrup).
