Ingredients: Patties
1kg Beef mince
Handful chopped parsley
Handful chopped coriander
1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
1 tbsp mild curry powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
salt & pepper
1 grated carrot
1 tbsp olive oil
Goat cheese (for topping)
Ingredients: Yoghurt sauce
Goat yoghurt
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh lemon juice
Chopped coriander
Pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all pattie ingredients together using your hands. Once combined, roll into decent sized balls an slightly flatten down with your palms. Pan sear the patties in some coconut oil (1 min each side), before placing in the oven to cook for 15 mins.
For the yoghurt sauce, simple mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Measurements depend on how much yoghurt sauce you'd like.
Top the patties with goat cheese (hard or soft), yoghurt sauce on the side and a fresh salad.
