Recipe: Sardine Pancakes (without the strong fishy taste!)

Don’t let the fishy taste of sardines stop you from trying out this recipe! These ingredients combined create a very mild fish taste 🤎

Ingredients:
1 tin of wild caught sardines, bones in
3 tbsp cassava flour
2 tbsp Maia Wellness collagen powder
3 eggs
1 tbsp ghee, melted + more for cooking
Mingle garlic & herb seasoning (this is free of preservatives)
Good pinch of salt
Fresh herbs if you have, such as coriander & parsley
2 tbsp Water

Method:
1. Mash sardines
2. Add all ingredients and mix until combined
3. Cook in a pan with lots of ghee until slightly golden on each side
4. Sprinkle with some extra salt upon eating and voila!
