Yes. The Female Nourish Blend is designed to complement a high quality prenatal, not replace it. As the blend is a rich source of naturally occurring iodine, it’s a good idea to check your total intake to ensure it aligns with pregnancy needs. While iodine is essential for thyroid function and fetal development, getting the right amount is important, especially if your prenatal also contains iodine. If you're unsure, consulting your healthcare provider can help you determine what’s best for your individual needs.

Can I take Female Nourish Blend if I’m not pregnant?

Can I take the blend while breastfeeding?

What does it taste like?

It has a rich, smooth chocolate flavour, often described as a healthy version of Milo. With subtle hints of kelp and maca, you can tell it’s deeply nourishing, yet still easy to enjoy daily. Many women find it well tolerated, even in early pregnancy when nausea or food aversions make other supplements difficult to stomach.

Is the cacao in the Female Nourish Blend tested for heavy metals?

Yes, and not just the cacao, but the entire finished blend. While cacao and other whole food ingredients can naturally contain tiny traces of minerals like cadmium or lead (due to the soil they’re grown in), we independently test every batch of the final blend through a certified Australian lab.

This includes testing for:

• Heavy metals (like arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury, nickel, aluminium)
• Mould and yeast

The blend is very versatile and can be incorporated into many liquids and recipes.

Add to your favourite cold milk, smoothie, yoghurt and oats, or add to recipes such as bliss balls, raw treats, homemade ice cream, pancakes and brownies.

Heating the blend will destroy the vitamin C content, so its best served cold to obtain all the beneficial nutrients for immune support. However having warm with your favourite milk is a cosy option in the colder months.

We recommend with your favourite cold milk, Maia collagen powder, and ice, shaken thoroughly in a glass jar or blended for an icy thick shake.
