Q:  When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to have orders dispatched the following business day after the order has been placed.
*Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be sent the following Monday.

If you purchase a subscription, we make sure your next lot of products are sent every 4 weeks from the original dispatch date.
     
Q: How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you dont receive this number, please contact our customer care team on hello@maiawellness.com.au. Be sure to check your spam folder too! 
          
Q: How much is delivery?
Please see below updated shipping costs in effect from 18th December 2023.

Shipping is $10 Australia wide, however we offer free shipping for orders over $85.

Q: Do you deliver worldwide?
There's no option on our website for international shipping. 
However, if you do live outside of Australia and want to purchase My Healthy Baby products, please send an email to hello@maiawellness.com.au
We'll provide a quote to have our products sent to your location. 
    
Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
Delivery timeframes vary from 2-7 business.

Please note: we cant always guarantee delivery times as we work within the constraints of the delivery company. 
We do our very best to keep you informed and provide you with a tracking so you can monitor your delivery progress. 
     
Q: What if I put in my address wrong?
Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.
