RETURNS POLICY

My Healthy Baby will replace any products that are faulty/damaged or don’t meet specification. 

If you’ve received a product that is faulty/damaged or you’ve received the incorrect item, My Healthy Baby will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you’ve purchased the incorrect product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you’ll be required to cover the cost of the return shipping.

SATISFACTION POLICY 

We're committed to bringing our customers the highest quality natural supplements.

In the event that you're not 100% satisfied with your My Healthy Baby purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of the product.

Only 5 servings may be missing in order to validate your refund.

You must provide photo evidence of this to hello@myhealthybaby.com.au. 

The customer must send the product back to My Healthy Baby intact and cover all shipping and/or customs charges.

This policy expires 14 days from the date of dispatch.

Please contact hello@myhealthybaby.com.au with your name, order number, and photographic proof in order for us to process your refund.
