A serving of Maia Spleen & Liver (5 capsules) provides 300mcg of vitamin A, which is approximately 37% of RDI during pregnancy.

The full kit has been so nice to have. The belly butter is next-level (so much better than the coconut oil one I tried last pregnancy) and loving the collagen and Nourish blend.
